Project Description

Cleveland Foot & Ankle Clinic

– Cleveland, Ohio

This former Studebaker showroom facility (built in 1916) was redeveloped into LEED Silver medical and technology offices and a part of the overall Midtown Tech Park Campus in 2012. Since completion of the core and shell, Hemingway has filled the building with medical tenants. Kent State College of Podiatry partnering with the Cleveland Foot and Ankle Clinic built their new clinic on the first floor of the building. The design envelops an urban medical office feeling with high exposed ceilings in the corridors and efficient, modern exam rooms.
