UCI- Stokes West is a 7 Story, 165,000 SF Ground Up Multi- Density Development, which includes 255 Residential Units, and 8 Townhomes, with a mix of (178) studio, (35) 1 bedroom, (20) 2 bedroom, (18) 1 bedroom loft, and (4) 2 bedroom loft units. The development focus' on a transit-oriented development, that takes advantage of its prime location in the heart of University Circle. This project received site specific zoning in which allowed the project to push density, height, and parking limits to accommodate.
