98,111 square foot Customer Solutions Center and a 155,596 square foot ABS pellet manufacturing facility for LG Chem in Ravenna Ohio.  The Customer Solutions building houses class A office space and R&D pilot laboratories to support functions of the ABS pellet manufacturing facility.  The ABS building is a state of the art fully automated ABS pellet manufacturing plant that will produce plastic pellets to be used in various LG products and in the automotive industry. Careful coordination with LG Chemical’s process equipment and piping supplier in South Korea was required to successfully install the ABS process equipment and piping systems.
