This legal firm chose to relocate to an abandoned fi tness center in Solon. The shell, also known as the Paragon building, required re-work to make the mostly unfenestrated exterior open up to day lighting. The racquetball courts needed to be structurally infilled, and the second floor required stabilization to limit vibration typical of office use. With the exterior revisions in place, the space began to take shape as befi tting for a prestigious law firm. The space is a clean white environment, more concerned with a modern feel and employee atmosphere rather than heavy wood and ostentatious treatments. Furniture selection was also provided by the Geis Companies.
