Geis extensively renovated this 60’ x 357’ terminal with new dock doors, siding, backup power generation, and drivein access. After demolishing a portion of the building that was no longer serviceable, a 6,384 square foot office addition redeveloped over the existing footprint streamlines operations and provides efficient dispatch facilities. A brand new truck maintenance garage complete with an automated truck washing system further enhances the utility of this ten acre property. The integrated daylighting system, wash water reclamation system, and brownfield development demonstrate the Geis Companies’ and A.
