RL Lipton

This project was a multi-phased renovation of an existing office/ warehouse facility in Valley View, Ohio. The phased approach was utilized to allow ownership to take control of the facility and continue to operate during construction. Renovating the existing office area gave RL Lipton greater flexibility in its day-to-day operations. The warehouse area was renovated to increase both their overall storage capacity and cooler storage and extend the distribution area for future growth.
