Dave’s Market

This project was a collaboration with MCG Architecture to provide a new 55,500 square foot grocery store on Cleveland’s east side. It was developed to assist Dave’s Market in providing expanded services to help fight local “food deserts” as this area was determined to have limited access to affordable and nutritious food. In addition to it’s grocery offerings, this facility features a food court area, a community gathering place, a teaching kitchen, a bank, and a pharmacy. There is also an outdoor seating area that is open when the weather permits.
