Mr. Seifert is the lead Design Development Architect, performing initial design and site layout. He interacts with potential clients to determine their current and future needs based upon site visits, interviews and observation. Greg works with estimating staff and contractors in order to determine the scale and scope. Goals are set with both in-house staff and the client in order to keep the project moving at the proper pace.

 

Outside influences, such as Municipal Zoning Codes and State and National Building Codes are considered and incorporated into the project to secure planning and zoning authorization and building permits. Greg is also well versed in civil engineering, surveying, and the land acquisition process
