After the immediate success of the 434k Glenwillow project, Geis Construction duplicated the building in Streetsboro. The focus – develop a Class A Industrial Property and in turn allow them to find efficiencies to achieve strategic business objectives while also managing for expansion. The new warehouse facility was designed for unknown future tenants. Interior offices, manufacturing, and warehousing to be designed at later date. MEP services run to building and are split per future tenant needs.
