The Customer Solutions Building is a 3 story 98,111 sf building that serves as LG’s office operations and research and development lab functions for the ABS pellet manufacturing. It is a Class A office space offering customer focused areas, accoustic dampened labs, conference & training rooms, a catering kitchen, a brown bag kitchen, a vending area, and a fitness area – all surrounded by manicured grounds for the employees to enjoy.

The ABS Building is a 155,000 SF state of the art fully automated manufacturing facility and warehouse for ABS plastic pellets. The plant is composed of a raw goods warehouse, a final goods warehouse, and an equipment courtyard. Bringing electric to the site was a Challenge that Geis conquered by working with First Energy to engineer a transmission line and substation for the site.
