Lubrizol

As part of Lubrizol’s five-year expansion project, Geis Construction recently completed a 150,000 sf warehouse at the company’s Painesville Township, Ohio. The warehouse, designed by Geis Construction’s in house architect, GLSD Architects houses rack storage of class 1B & 1C flammable liquids, and class II, IIIA, & IIIB combustible liquids in drums with fire separation walls between buildings and office. The warehouse also features an accessory office with an employee services space.
