Monticello

The 3 story, 8-unit townhomes include two bedrooms, two and a half baths, garage, and balcony. The ground floor was constructed with CMU and wood stud construction while the second and third floor were prefabricated offsite in a controlled environment, shrink wrapped and transported by semi-truck to the site where they were set into place using a crane. Prefabricating off site increased construction schedule and lowered cost due to reduction of construction material waste. Quality of work is increased when constructed in a controlled and clean environment where typical construction must deal with the weather and multiple trades working together.
