Rush Truck Centers purchased the existing business and buildings. The site consisted of three separate buildings in a tired condition. The renovation of the campus included tearing down the office building and building new offices attached to the main building. A complete exterior and interior renovation was performed, including new stormwater systems and pavement all while the buildings were occupied on a 24/7 basis.
