The enitre facility was built to clean room standards for off-site instrument sterilization and reprocessing of hospital equipment. The remodel included upgraded utility services and an exterior equipment area. The facility was a modular fabricated construction within the existing warehouse space, built on raised platforms to ensure quality of in ground plumbing and utilities. The remodel also included replacement of existing bathroom fixtures and finishes, a new training room, and a new mechanical room.
