This design build fast pace operation warpspeed project was a true testament to the Geis design build delivery model. Thermo Fisher Scientific produces a wide variety of single use Bio Processing Containers and accompanying line sets. These manually manufactured containers can range in size from a few liters up to thousands of liters in capacity. The 400,000sf ground up facility consists of 50,000sf of Class A ISO-7 certified space with seamless walkable cleanroom ceilings and walls for the ultimate in future proof flexibility. This investment quality mega site will serve as an anchor to the lab plastics division of Thermo Fisher for years to come.
