Project Overview 

Bendix Headquarters is 192,000 square feet of Class ‘A’ offices, showroom, and state-of-the-art mechanical and electronics research and development laboratory and testing facilities. This LEED Silver (pending final USGBC approval) building sits on a 53 acre site complete with a 1 mile walking trail that carefully winds around preserved wetlands and over natural waterways.
