Jeff Martin

As the C.O.O of Geis Construction, Mr. Martin works with his management team to direct all aspects of the effort to propose and price opportunities. From initial client contact, Mr. Martin works as an integral part of the pre construction services team, providing guidance and review of the sales team’s process to create well-defined preliminary plans, scopes, budgets and schedules. He participates in transitioning the successfully bid and awarded projects to the Architectural teams at Geis, and reviews the work product during design development and at constructibility reviews before field operations commence.

Mr. Martin, with over 40 years of construction experience, with 25 years at Geis, then acts as project executives, using his depth of knowledge, innovation, and solutions expertise to observe and direct management staff on each project to ensure that the Geis Design Build process achieves 100% client satisfaction with the Geis guarantee of On-Time and On-Budget outcomes.
