Maura Maresh

General Counsel

Ms. Maresh is General Counsel of Geis Companies.  She joined the company in 2010 and has assisted in the development and financing of Geis’ urban and suburban projects.  Ms. Maresh brings a deal oriented approach to development and navigating complex transactions. 

She handles organizational matters for the Company and manages legal matters with outside counsel. She negotiates purchase and sale agreements, construction contracts, leases, and property management agreements for the different divisions at Geis.
